(b. 1949)
   Born in Tel-Aviv, he served as deputy chief of mission at the Israeli embassy in Washington, deputy minister, and prime minister of Israel. His works include Terror: Challenge and Reaction, Terrorism: How the West Can Win, International Terrorism: Challenge and Response, A Place Among the Nations: Israel and the World, Fighting Terrorism: How Democracies Can Defeat Domestic and International Terrorism and A Durable Peace.
